The Olympus ODMS R7 System Configuration Program (SCP) is a locally hosted web application used to centrally manage your Dictation and Transcription user's settings, licenses and firmware updates. Olympus SCP is used to centrally manage multiple dictation and transcription users, their software and their hardware. Specifically designed for medium to large legal/medical practices, Olympus WebSCP is server-based software which is managed via a web user interface for IT administrators to centrally install, customise and manage the ODMS (Olympus Dictation Management System) environment in workgroup mode without any ongoing costs.

Easy Installation and Administration of ODMS R7 Dictation & Transcription Module Software on Windows 10
Designed for organisations with more than five dictation authors and optionally multiple transcription typists, Olympus SCP provides the right tools to implement professional digital dictation workflow via centralised administration. The ODMS R7 Dictation Module (DM) and Transcription Module (TM) client software can be silently installed via configuration you specify using Olympus SCP.

To utilise Olympus WebSCP you will require an SCP licence. The licence defines how many concurrent instances of ODMS R7 (DM) Dictation Module & (TM) Transcription Module can run at the same time. This lets you deploy ODMS R7 everywhere; to end-points, in your Gold Image or hosted and streamed from a Terminal Server but scaled to your actual usage requirements.
We at Dictate Australia will work with you to create your SCP licence from your existing individual Olympus software licence keys. All licence keys will need to be at version ODMS R7 to use Olympus SCP, upgrades are available for DSS Player Pro R5 and ODMS R6 licences.
- If you have DSS Player Pro R5 (DM) licences, which start with the characters RD5 they will need to be upgraded to ODMS R7 DM. Upgrade licences are $99 each incl. GST (Olympus Part AS9003OLP)
- If you have DSS Player Pro R5 (TM) licences, which start with the characters RT5 they will need to be upgraded to ODMS R7 TM. Upgrade licences are $99 each incl. GST (Olympus Part AS9004OLP)
- If you have ODMS R6 (DM) licences, which start with the characters RD6 they will need to be upgraded to ODMS R7 DM. Upgrade licences are $99 each incl. GST (Olympus Part AS9003OLP)
