We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferrable, non-exclusive licence, without the right to sub-licence, to install and use the Dictate Australia Pty Ltd technology, in accordance with the technical specifications and applicable End User Licencing Agreements detailed on our website, on macOS and Windows PC desktop computers and laptops that you own or control solely for: (a) your personal or internal business purposes; and (b) as permitted by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service will also apply to any software updates or upgrades provided by us that replace or supplement the original version of the Dictate Australia Pty Ltd technology you download, unless such updates and/or upgrades are accompanied by a separate licence. The Dictate Australia Pty Ltd technology may contain open source software components, each of which has its own copyright notice requirements and own licence conditions. These components are subject to the terms of third party open source licences.
General Conditions
We will provide the Services in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with your statutory rights pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, so far as is permittable by law.
