Complete the online claim form found at https://www.olympus.com.au/audiopromo and supply all the compulsory information requested on the form Upload a legible, scanned copy of the tax invoice / purchase receipt from Dictate Australia for the relevant Qualifying Product, or post a legible copy of the tax invoice / purchase receipt to Olympus Professional Dictation Promotion PO Box 1991 Macquarie Centre NSW 2113.

  2. Once Olympus have received and verified your claim a prepaid EFTPOS card/s to the value of the claim will be dispatched to the address nominated on the claim form. Cards will be dispatched within 12 weeks from the date Olympus receives the valid claim. The card can be used for purchases in any store in Australia with an EFTPOS terminal.
